WiBMemTest is the essential utility to test your application in low
memory situations. You can define how much memory will be left before
you start your program or you change the available memory if your
application is running. With this utility you can make sure that your
program behaves like the Symbian coding guidelines require.
- Measure how much runtime-memory your application uses and how much CPU
load is causes and view the charts of the usage over time.
- The itegrated Task manager shows the running user applications or all
programs in the phone.
- Start the application from within this program or attach to it if its
already running.
- Make snapshots of current memory and CPU load situation with PEN + 0.
(PEN is called ABC on some devices)
- MemTest displays the panic code if the monitored application crashes.
- Start your application with a defined amount of free memory.
- Make sure your error handling code realy works.
