schedule laboratory testing of
specimens and record test results.
Generate reports for internal
management and regulatory compliance.
Prepare test reports and statistical
summaries for distribution to
clients, consultants, contractors,
suppliers and other relevant parties.
w Projects and Clients - Maintain
records for each client and other
parties who need to receive copies
of test reports. Maintain records
for each project, and subproject where
necessary, including references to
clients, care-of parties and other
distribution parties. Include contract
details for invoicing, and select
the system of units to be used for each
project. Prepare detail and summary
reports of projects and clients. These
data are common to all other
materials testing report systems
provided by McIntyre Associates.
w Suppliers and Mixes - Maintain
records for each concrete supplier
and for all concrete mixes for each
supplier, cross referenced to project.
Each mix record includes data on
specified strength and age, cement and
pozzolan content and types, and
historical data on cumulative sets
cast and first and last cast dates for
those sets.
w Test Sets and Specimens - Maintain
records for each test set for a
project and each specimen cast in
that set. Each test set record includes
all field sampling data as well as the
specified mix from the mix table. Edit
of each test set includes a display of
a trend graph of test results of
previous and/or later test sets where
available.
w Test Reports - Maintain your own
report templates for the generation
of reports for your clients, other
parties and internal use. Start with
the default templates provided and
modify them as necessary using the
built-in full-featured graphical
report editor (Note: the trend graph
can be shown on your Concrete Test
Report if desired).
w Automated Faxing - Use the built-in
support for a third-party fax server
product HotFax Share by SmithMicro
Software Inc. to automate the
generation and transmission of faxed
copies of your test reports (Note: -
this product must be purchased
separately by you).
w Statistical Analysis Module -
Generate statistical reports on
sample data extracted from the
database from your own search
criteria. These tabular and graphical
reports can be used to certify
compliance with controlling CSA or
ACI test standards. Export the
extracted sample data to a MS
Excel worksheet. (Note: - the
Statistical Analysis Module is an
optional add-on to the basic system)
