         Û  Each  setting  can  be  adjusted  with  an incredibly  Û
         Û  powerful  new  interface control  design  that allows  Û
         Û  value scrolling, stepping and instant selection  from  Û
         Û  a popup display of every possible value.               Û

         Û  The Gate has adjustments  for the Attack and  Release  Û
         Û  times, the Floor level  that the gate closes  to, and  Û
         Û  the Threshold level.  The Threshold setting  can also  Û
         Û  be visibly displayed against any waveform data in the  Û
         Û  SoundFile or MultiTrack View. The Gate Reverse switch  Û
         Û  causes  the  gate  to operate  in  reverse.  When the  Û
         Û  signal is greater than the threshold, the gate closes  Û
         Û  down to the floor  setting and when the  signal falls  Û
         Û  below the threshold, the gate opens back up to  full.  Û
         Û  This  can be  used to  create a  simple and  powerful  Û
         Û  ducking  processor by  assigning the  key to  another  Û
         Û  track which will then control when this track  lowers  Û

         Û  The  Compressor has  adjustments for  the Attack  and  Û
         Û  Release  times,  the Ratio  of  compression, and  the  Û
         Û  Threshold level.  The Threshold  setting can  also be  Û

         Û  Both the Gate and Compressor can be keyed from  their  Û
         Û  own track's data or from a mix of one or more virtual  Û
         Û  buffers or, with the new SAWStudio API power,  direct  Û

         Û  The Key buffer can also  be filtered with the use  of  Û
         Û  powerful Hi-Cut  and Lo-Cut  EQ functions  that allow  Û

         Û  filters can cover the entire frequency range and  can  Û
         Û  even  be  set  to  overlap  in  cutoff   frequencies,  Û

         Û  function can  also be  used in  a Split  / Mark  mode  Û
         Û  whereby all regions are split and marked for  viewing  Û
         Û  before a simple keystroke finishes the job.            Û

         Û  The Find Peaks function  scans a range of  audio data  Û
         Û  and displays  a list  of the  highest 50  peak values  Û
         Û  within that  range. The  values are  displayed as HEX  Û
         Û  data values, percent of clipping values, and  decibel  Û
         Û  values.  The actual  sample position  where the  peak  Û
         Û  occurred is  also displayed.  Clicking on  any of the  Û
         Û  listed  items,  automatically  jumps  the  MultiTrack  Û
