º Cadmould is the plastic injection molding simulation 
º software, which creates the geometry totally automatically 
º based on a stl-file. The stl-file can be exported from 
º almost every CAD-system. With the patented 3D-F mesh (EP 1 
º 385 103) the user gets a 3D finite element framework mesh 
º faster and more accurate than manually. Another benefit is 
º that the system always calculates with high resolution over 
º the wall thickness and nevertheless calculates fast. 
º Changing the mesh over the wall thickness to produce more 
º integration points for more accurate calculation is not 
º necessary like in classic volume meshes.The user does not 
º need special FE know how because the mesh manipulation is 
º reduced on simple control functions. The 3D-F technology is 
º developed for daily practical application. Cadmould 
º calculates temperature dependent and takes the shear 
º thinning flow behaviour into account as well as material 
º compressibility. The accuracy of the results is very high 
º because of the mathematical and physical solutions matured 
º in over 20 years by high technology research and 
º development in Germany.
