WORKING:

      Observe the previous attempt(s) at a crack:

      02-18-2007  Zylom.Diamond.Detective.Deluxe.v1.0.0.49.Cracked-CFF

      Unfortunately, their crack will crash for everyone on every Operating 
      System.

      It causes an "invalid page fault" at a specific location on all Operating 
      Systems.  The original, protected EXE runs just fine of course!

      After the splash screen (loading screen), a blank black window will 
      appear (which SHOULD be the main menu).  Try clicking anywhere in that 
      window and then bam, the crash below occurs.

      * Example error on Win 9x/ME:

      DIAMONDDETECTIVE caused an invalid page fault in 
      module DIAMONDDETECTIVE.EXE at xxxx:00413b39.

      * Example error on Win 2k/XP:

      AppName: diamonddetective.exe	 AppVer: 1.0.0.49
      ModName: diamonddetective.exe	ModVer: 1.0.0.49
      Offset: 00013b39

      Which is basically the same Page Fault at a similar location as Win9x/ME.

      PROOF?  Install the CFF release.  Copy their crack to your installed 
      directory.  Double-click either of the game's shortcuts (ie: Desktop or 
      Start->Programs->Zylom->...).  Kaboom!  It crashes and makes us sad.

      So sorry Mr. S, but you have not "once again owned Zylom".  
      Nice try though, better than DVT and DELIGHT for sure.

2. UnRAR all archives to a temporary directory.
   Always unRAR with full paths!

3. Install the program by executing:
   SETUP.EXE from the SETUP\ directory.

4. Copy the contents of the CRACK\ directory to your Installed directory, 
   overwriting any existing files.

5. Run the program.  If enjoyment is experienced, then buy the program!
