monitor for Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 print-server printing environments and no
n-print-server printing environments (In the case of the
non-print-server printing environment, users send the print jobs to the
printer directly via the IP address of the printer or the printer that is
connected to the workstation locally, instead of the shared printer on the
print server). It is an easy-to-use print management software system that
allows you to manage, restrict and count printing, audit and log all
printing activity, analyze and monitor your printing costs, bill the print
jobs by entering client codes or project codes on the workstation, confirm
and authenticate print jobs on the workstation before they actually print,
eliminate wasted paper and reduce printer maintenance time.

including name of the user who sent the job, the document name, number of

CZ Print Job Tracker 4.0 is very easy to use. It does not need to be
installed on the print server. You can choose to install it on a
non-print-server computer or a print-server computer. It does not
require any changes to your current network, printer or workstation
settings. In just a few minutes, you'll be able to control, track, log
and bill all printing activity in either a print-server printing
environment or a non-print-server printing environment.

CZ Print Job Tracker 4.0 charges print jobs based on pages, monochrome /
color, duplex, paper size (68 defined & 40 undefined paper sizes).

CZ Print Job Tracker 4.0 restricts printing automatically by waiting jobs
settings, account balance, account status, the maximum allowable pages
per print job per printer, document restrictions, computer restrictions,
color restriction and print job size restriction.

The users / groups can be imported from a Windows Active Directory or a
CSV file (samples). The users can also be added to the database
automatically when they print.
