²Û² Pharaoh's Mysteries can be described as a cross between ²Û²
²Û² Bubble Bobble and Arkanoid. You control a device that ²Û²
²Û² moves along the bottom of the screen and fires scarabs ²Û²
²Û² toward an ever-descending wall of Egyptian artifacts. ²Û²
²Û² When you hit a cluster of three or more identical ²Û²
²Û² objects, the game pieces blow up and drop gold coins ²Û²
²Û² toward the bottom of the screen. You must collect enough ²Û²
²Û² coins to beat the level and advance the story. ²Û²
²Û² ²Û²
²Û² If you hit an artifact that isn't part of a cluster of ²Û²
²Û² three or more objects, it turns into stone. Fortunately, ²Û²
²Û² as the game progresses, bombs appear. You can remove ²Û²
²Û² stones by igniting a nearby bomb with a scarab. If you ²Û²
²Û² allow too many objects to accumulate and the wall reaches ²Û²
²Û² the bottom of the screen, however, you lose the level and ²Û²
²Û² must try again. ²Û²

²Û² The action intensifies as orbs containing one of 12 ²Û²
²Û² bonuses are added to the mix. To acquire a pickup, you ²Û²
²Û² just hit an orb with a scarab and catch the pickup as it ²Û²

²Û² temporary targeting aid, a pickup that eliminates stones ²Û²
²Û² and other lone artifacts, a bonus that detonates all of ²Û²

²Û² artifacts. A preview row is located above the game board; ²Û²

²Û² the game board. This is useful when there are no clusters ²Û²
