WinMPG DVD Ripper is a software for DVD ripping. It supports rip
from DVD, VOB or MPEG2 files. The output format can be MPEG1,
MPEG2, or AVI, so you can play it without DVD driver. You can
select codec for AVI output to create DivX or XviD or any other
format of AVI. You can play the output media file with Microsoft
Windows Media Player or any other video player. Also you can copy
DVD to VCD, DVD to SVCD, or DVD to MPEG AVI.
Generally, a DVD movie is above 1GB in its MPEG2 format. When we
convert it to DivX format, the output DivX file is only about
600MB, with good video and audio quality. So you can burn it to
CDR, and exchange it with your friends.
WinMPG DVD Ripper is an easy to use piece of software for
converting a DVD movie to a DivX file! Just put a DVD disc into
the DVD driver, select a target file, click the "start" button
and you can get the DivX file in hours. Super easy to use. With
WinMPG DVD Ripper, anyone can become a DVD/DivX expert!

Functions
WinMPG DVD Ripper supports DVD chapter selection. You can select
which chapter you want to convert. It also suppts subtitle and
language selection. If your DVD contains multi audio languages,
you can select which one you want to use in you destination media
file. If your DVD contains multi subtitle, you can select one.
And the subtitle will add to the destination AVI or MPEG media
file. You can also set no subtitle to do not include it. WinMPG
DVD Ripper supports shutdown your system after the ripping has
completed. You can enable this by select the "option" from the
main menu.
