³Û³ For most of today's digital cameras the photos are saved in JPG ³Û³
³Ûú files. The date and time at which a photo is taken are stored along úÛ³
³Û with the image in so called EXIF format. Such date and time Û³
³Û information can be viewed on a PC once the JPG files are Û³
³Û transferred from the digital camera to the PC. When you make a Û³
³Û hardcopy of a digital photo by using a color printer or by sending Û³
³Û it to a photo lab, the date and time do not get printed on the Û³
³Û hardcopy photo. By using vPTS, the date and time are extracted Û³
³Û from the JPG files and superimposed onto the photos. This way when Û³
³Û a hardcopy is made from the JPG file, the date and/or time will Û³
