First off, the update is rather large in size because the game has
undergone many changes since the last version.
This is an update patch for users of the first release of this game:
08-01-2005 War.World.Tactical.Combat-ALiAS
In order to use our 1.09 patch, you must already have the ALiAS release
installed, along with the previous TNT 1.06.01 patch:
10-28-2005 War_World_Tactical_Combat_v1.06.01_Patch_Cracked-TNT
Our 1.09 patch takes you from 1.06.01 up to 1.09 (which is the store-bought
CD-Rom version of the game). Using our patch will essentially convert your
game to the 1.09 Store boxed version. Basically, the story goes like this.
Third Waves Games created the game and sold it directly to customers in the
middle of 2005 through an online download. The ALIAS release is that
download-version of the game. It is NOT a game rip (& not a CD-RIP).
Consider it to be like a shareware game that you download, then later get
a key to unlock it into the full registered version. Games like that are
supposed to be released as the Original Installers, since they are not
"ripped" from a CD and need not be lossily compressed. As such, the ALIAS
release contains the ~Original~ game Installer, which may confuse some of
you since ALIAS is mainly a "CD Game Ripping Group". However, it is NOT a
rip release.
Alright. So then the developer was planning a 1.07 patch, but instead
signed with Lighthouse Interactive to produce a new build of the game, to
be sold as a Boxed CD-Version in stores around the world. A good plan of
course, since that will bring in higher profits. So in February 2006,
version 1.09 of the game was shipped to stores.
Alright. So, why this release by TNT? Most people already have the ALIAS
release along the TNT 1.06.01 patch. Our 1.09 patch is for those people
who do not want to waste bandwidth and credits downloading the new
"DIVINE" *RIP* of War.World-DVN from 03-08-2006. That DVN thing is the
1.09 game *ripped* from a CD. Instead you can take our much smaller patch.
Also, DVN has lossily mutilated the WAVE sound files and has ripped out the
real Intro Movie. Still, nice job DVN on your own custom intro. Looks
great. But, we give you all of the original files, meaning no lossy
compression, to keep you at tip-top quality, just like the original
ALIAS release.

1. Be sure you are already upgraded to v1.06.01 (you can run the game and see
the version at the bottom of the Main Menu screen).
2. UnZIP all archives to a temporary directory.
3. UnRAR UPDATE.RAR to your game directory, overwriting any existing files.
Always unRAR with full paths!
4. Update your game version:
Run SETUP.BAT in your game directory.
5. Always make a backup copy of your game executable(s) first, because
future update patches may require the original file(s):
"War World.exe"
6. UnRAR CRACK.RAR to your game directory, overwriting any existing files.
Always unRAR with full paths!
7. To start the game, run or make a shortcut in Windows for:
"War World.exe"
8. If you wish to play Online Multiplayer, you will need to purchase the game
to get a valid Key Code.
9. Unlike the other scene releases of 1.09, this one will not ask for a
Key Code when you launch the game (it is cracked). With that all-zeros (0)
fake key of the other releases, if you click Online Multiplayer (as a test
or by mistake), then it would ask for your key yet again after you try
any local game and quit back to the main menu. Our release does not do that
and it should never prompt you for a key code.
